The Beta Band were a British musical group who received much critical acclaim and have achieved cult status amongst avid followers of the underground and experimental music scene. Their style was described as being "folktronica", a blend of folk, electronic, rock, trip hop, and experimental jamming. Heroes to Zeros is the third and final studio album by The Beta Band, released in 2004.

The Frogs are an American rock music band founded in 1980, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, by brothers Jimmy and Dennis Flemion. The brothers mainly write and perform short, catchy pop songs, but they are also known for their improvised home recordings which are delivered in a comedic style, and often tackle controversial issues such as race, religion, and sexuality (notably homoeroticism). Japanther- Rock 'n' Roll Ice Cream- 2010

So, I just realized that back in February Japanther released a new album without me noticing.

It's called Rock 'n' Roll Ice Cream.
This isn't just any Japanther album, because on this one drummer Ian Vanek and bassist Matt Reilly decided to throw a new member into the mix. The new member being Annie Sparrow, singer/guitarist for The Soviettes. I really like the track She's the One, it's Japanther at its cutest. But wait! The album ends with an even cuter cover of the very song performed solo by Sparrow herself. $100 Remix is an interesting take on $100 Cover that makes you do a different dance than most Japanther songs, and Not at War is just one of those songs that makes you do a Japanther thrash dance.

Brotha Lynch Hung, born Kevin James Mann on January 10, 1972, is an American rapper from Sacramento, California. Since the release of his debut album 24 Deep in 1993, Brotha Lynch Hung has sold 1.4 million CDs independently. His 1995 album Season of da Siccness depicted a life of drug abuse and trafficking, promiscuity, ultraviolence, and rape, with themes of cannibalism.

Jun Seba (瀬場 潤 Seba Jun), (February 19, 1974 – February 26, 2010) was a Japanese hip-hop producer and DJ who recorded under the name Nujabes (Noo-Jah-Bess). His alias was simply his name "sebajun" spelled backwards. Nujabes was also owner of the Shibuya record stores, T Records and Guinness Records and founder of the independent label Hydeout Productions.

Big L - Lifestylez of Da Poor and Dangerous - 1995

Lamont Coleman (May 30, 1974 – February 15, 1999), also known by his stage name Big L, was an American rapper who made significant contributions to the New York City music scene in the 1990s as a member of the hip hop collective D.I.T.C. He was shot and killed in February 1999 before releasing his second album. His debut, Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous was released by Columbia Records on March 28, 1995 and is the only studio album released by Big L during his lifetime.
