For some strange reason I was under the impression that Samuel Beam was no longer making music and that he had reverted back to making movies or being a professor or working on his beard. Not so! This is his latest album and I'm trying to squeeze in a listen before work while I post this. You can hear the classic whispery folk stuff but over that are arrangements and song structure that you don't hear quite as often in other pieces of Beam's work.
